The Classical World

The Classical Era in history begins in the Bronze Age (c. 2800 BC) and continues until the beginning of the Dark Ages (c. 500 AD). The peoples involved are Greek, Egyptian, Roman, Mesopotamian, Hittite, Trojan, Minoan.... Study of the period can consume a lifetime, and is fascinating.
